The Synergy Baku Cycling Project will start the 2016 season with a 14-rider squad which includes eight Azeri riders and a total of seven U-23 riders.
Matija Kvasina and Josip Rumac, both of Croatia, will join the Synergy Baku Cycling Project for the 2015 season. Kvasina will fill the void left by the departure of Markus Eibegger. The Austrian is leaving the team after two seasons.
Kirill Pozdnyakov will re-join the Synergy Baku Cycling Project in 2016. The Russian rode with the team in its premiere year of 2013, before joining RusVelo for two years
As completion of the season's race plan Azerbaijan Cycling Federation organised a track race among three age categories on Sunday. According to the 2015 events calendar the season was closed, and up to 60 riders from clubs ad schools, including the national team members of Azerbaijan took to the group race in the national velodrome.
